Elizabeth Amstutz

Elizabeth Amstutz is a theatre and film actress from Youngstown, Ohio. She is a current senior at Ohio University where she is finishing up her BFA in Acting Performance.

Elizabeth started her career at only five years old, performing as an extra dog in a local production of 101 Dalmatians. She caught the acting bug and has not stopped since! Since then, she has performed in numerous productions across Ohio.

In her time at Ohio University she has extensively trained in movement, voice, and acting; completing the full Meisner progression, Suzuki training, Fitzmaurice Voice work and Knight Thompson Speech work.

In addition to performance, Elizabeth teaches children’s theatre. She has worked with the middle school drama club in her college town for four years as a teacher and director, and has taught summer theatre camp to children ages 6-18.

She has a deep passion for film, and has performed in many student short films. In her spare time you can always find her in the back of a movie theatre, catching up on all the new releases. Her biggest dream is to act in a movie that becomes someone’s comfort film that they re-watch on a bad day.
